• 1:00 pm              Backstage Staff Meeting/Front of House Meeting (Separate Rooms)

• 2:30 pm              Start Fitting

• 4:30 pm              End Fitting

• 5:00 pm              Start Rehearsals

• 6:00 pm              End Rehearsals

• 6:30 pm              Staff Leave Venue
